Oh Hey bmaher287, I didn't realize you are new to the site. Welcome to you from SoCal. If you go to the Home page there's a search box in the upper left screen. Type in Frog Flies, or whatever you want to look for, then click your enter button. That should bring up a list of archived patterns by lots of folks here.
