Congratulations on a job well done! Hold your head up high and be proud of what you have accomplished. Many have tried and failed at what you have done. Be proud!

Fly fishing and fly tying are two things that I do, and when I am doing them, they are the only 2 things I think about. They clear my mind.

    Steve,

The first part of this journey is completed and now you must start the second part which will be to maintain what you have accomplished. To allow yourself to go back to what you started with is just as easy as failing to accomplish what you have, so, now you must continue to remind yourself how much better you feel and how great you look with the weight lost. You have come too far to allow yourself to go back to the beginning again. Trust me, if you allow yourself to go back to where you started, you probably will never get back to where you are now.

Now is when you make some major changes in the way you live and what you eat. Now is the time to have a regular excercise program that is easy to fit into your daily life style.

Be proud and allow yourself to be the model of what can be accomplished to those who are around you everyday. Trust me, they will keep watching you to see if you start to go backward which will give them the excuse to not try to do what you have accomplished. You have shown them what can be done if you try and now you need to show them that you can maintain and keep what you have become.

    Again, congratulations.....

Trouts don't live in ugly places.

A friend is not who knows you the longest, but the one who came and never left your side.

Don't look back, we ain't goin' that way.
