Old Fly

I doubt that is a Rio Grande King. But I'm not sure what it is. Because it is old and the way it looks, I think it a spinning lure. The wire shaft and the spinning blade make me think that. About
35-40 years ago I bought some Yellow Sally flies in a hard plastic box like that one. If you Google The Yellow Sally it looks just like the fly I have. The store was selling a lot of the fishing items it had at the time. I think I bought 10-12 Yellow Sally flies for a nickel each. I still have one I saved for a sample.
