One that is not on your list and should be just for journey is the Devil's River. You could hit the Rio Grande, Pecos and Devil's river in the vicinity of Lake Amistad. That would be great trip.

Hmmm....Newfoundland has an awful lot of rivers. I don't think I'll be doing that anytime soon. As far as every kind of fish, I don't think I'll have a problem. We have salmon and we have trout....that's it! Counting all the different varieties of trout, that brings the count to about 5. lol

My goal is sort of the opposite. To fish many times in the same places so that I know the water,the fish and the insects, to watch the changes year to year, see the ebb and flow over the course of the fishing season and thoroughly relax.
It is not that your goal is a bad one, just that it is not for me *G*.
Nothing beats time on the water.
