I've been living in Maryland for my entire life, and I haven't paid for a "rockfish" (striper) stamp for years now. I was told by the DNR that it was now included in the price of the "Baysport" tidal license fee. Check your newest one out, I'm pretty sure it's now just the Tidal, Non-Tidal, Trout, and crabbing fees.
