I got the dreaded call at 7:am. My friend Billy took his last breath today. I've been in contact with his daughter Nicole and am trying to help her sort things out. Please pray for her. She is his only child.
Thanks to the FAOL family for your prayers, well wishes and concern for a man you never met.
I'm either going to, coming from or thinking about fishing. Jim

Jim, sorry to hear of your loss. For some reason I missed the original posting and I apologize. My prayers go out to you and Nicole as well as to all others affected by this loss.

Prayers continue for Nicole, and you. I'm so sorry.
Trouts don't live in ugly places.

A friend is not who knows you the longest, but the one who came and never left your side.

Don't look back, we ain't goin' that way.

    Jim,

There is an old Irish adage that when we pass from this world and into the next that someone very special to us; that has gone before us is there to greet and calm us and help us understand that it is our time to pass from this world and into the next.

This adage has always given me comfort and I hope it will give you and Billy's family comfort too.

    Respectfully,
    Sean

    Nicole,
Hang in there sweet heart. Try to take some comfort from the fact that where your father is now there is now suffering or pain, only love and joy. We are praying for you.
