Private Messages........ problem ???

I still believe I am having problems receiving 'PM's. I can send messages, but not receive them.
I have made some changes to my settings, but I'm sure I have everything ENABLED.
Could a few of you send me a 'PM' to verify i can receive messages, and post here that you have sent them.
I would like to resolve this problem......

Quill, I just got a message saying you have chosen not to receive them or that you are not allowed to receive them. Maybe you need to contact the addministrators.

This is what I see when I try:

"Message

Quill gordon has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her.

If you are trying to send this message to multiple recipients, remove Quill gordon from the recipient list and send the message again."

You might need an Admin but let's try this. On the top right hand side of the screen hit "settings", when the page loads on the left hand side toward the bottom it will say "forum settings" hit that. When that page loads you can "enable private messaging" but the important part is to go toward the bottom and then click on "save changes". After you run through that let us know and we can try again. Good luck.

I went to forum settings and ENABLED all those boxes..........
I'll see if I can get a 'snap shot' of the settings box.

After you do all of the work, make sure you click on "Save changes" at the bottom. Just checked and I still can't send you anything.

Farther down still than either of those shots go, at the bottom, hit "Save Chages".

I did SAVE all the changes I made.
Could you resend those messages again. I made a change this morning in one box that was wrong, that probably produced that message. i went back and took it out.
Does anyone see anything wrong in my settings snapshot ? Just click-on the links to see my setup.
