Thread: Warmwater flybox filler swap

    My flies ae tied:



    size ten streamer hook with chain bead eyes two eye lengths back on top of shank
    tail is marabou tied shorter and less full than for a wooly bugger
    body is orange craft hair tied like the bucktail on a deciever
    wing is bucktail tied very sparse
    head is salmon colored Rumph estaz

    I'll take a Pike spot. Pattern TBA tonight, but something in the 6" range for sure.

    I think that this one will be a good one, too. I like the swaps that are practical. Although I've done my share of the other kind.

    I just changed my Pike pattern to the most awesome movment I have ever sen in a clouser. It will still be in the 6"+ range but will be much more awesome. Oh yeah my carp pattern will be a headstand.
