I really like the look of these and will most likely be adding some to my collection of streamers. What is the white feather for the cheeks?

I'm sorry, I inexplicably left the "shoulders" off the recipe for each fly. They are "Each a white duck breast feather, about on-third as long as the wing". I used wood duck breast feathers on the flies shown.
