Thanks DG. The majority of my shooting will probably be fine detail jpeg too, however, you can do some pretty amazing things with RAW images in photoshop, which I plan to get (Elements, anyhow), at about the same time as I get the camera.
RAW, or the lack thereof, wont be a dealbreaker if everything else is there...but all else equal, I'd like that extra option over, say, another megapixel.
What do you mean about 'more computing power'? Does it have a good sensor or processor...?
In the middle of reading 2 photography guides, 3 blogs, and the websites of the major mfgrs., I'm trying to process alot of info!
