thanks a lot for your input so far. those are fine sets, but i'm really looking more for the older anodized all-aluminum reel seats from a while back. maybe 50s through the 70s. i hope to find one that's silver, black, black and silver, or maybe even green. i've seen a few neat ones that are gold and bronze, but for this black blank, i'm not going with gold. again, much appreciated.
