For those that might be interested in sending flies:

According to the retreat schedule, the event will be the last weekend of June at Taylor Creek cabins (on the Frying Pan).

The following list was taken from an archived page at Frying Pan Anglers (see here) describing recommended flies for June/July on the Frying Pan:
Bead head brassie - red #18, #20
Red Brassie-#22, #20
Tungsten midge tan or red #18
Buck skin-#20
Biot emerger, Palm - black, olive, gray #18 - #22
Special emerger, Palm - gray, black #18 - #22
Candy cane-#20, #22
Mysis shrimp (just below the Dam);
Parachute adams - #22, #20;
Sparkle baetis #18 - #22;
RS2 #18 - #22;
Pheasant tail #18 - #22;
BWO's both emergers and dries;
The FPA article also states the presence of green drakes, yellow sallies, PMDs, and caddis during this period as well as minor stone activity. Hare's Ears, PT nymphs and purple princes in #16 are mentioned as practical searching nymphs. Large #18 midges in dark olive to black are productive during this period. The focus is largely on subsurface presentations.

I have no personal knowledge of the fishing on the Pan but thought this might help guide others here interested in sending some fly selections for the event participants. Perhaps a local will chime in with their recommendations.
