Beautiful neighborhood. Wish I were your neighbor. Looks like it would only be a short 10 min stroll to visit each other! Seriously though, congrats on the new location.

    Thanks Jeff.

The house is a bit of a "fixer-uper", but structure is good and stands solid. All it needs is a layer of pink in the attic, pull out the (SHAG!!) carpets (the wood flooring underneath is fine) and install a wood stove before next winter (after the 2009 fishing season).

Ha Panfisha!! I'll be giving casting lessons soon.

Flooding is a concern, ... add to the 2009 reno list: sump pump in the basement (it's an unfinished crawlspace really).

I'm with REE here. There has to be a fish or two below those falls.

Would you be happy with a trade for a piece of property in Maryland?

    Beautiful piece of property.

REE! ... there are fish near the falls!!!

    Come up anytime!!!!
    We could do the circuit.
Trout, perch, Muskies 'n bass near here, ... head East and hit 3-10 salmon rivers, then the North Shore for Trout 'n landlocks and walleye's, ... then back home through my homewaters for sea run brooks and more salmon!!!

A choice location for sure, Chris. Will we continue to hear from you and get updates on how the improvements are going ??
