    Make a bigger loop than shown . I twist it with my index and middle finger in the loop ,then put my thumb(same hand) through the loop and pull the tag and tippet through the loop.

    Blinding fast to tie and extremly strong. Most of the time I just do 2 twists when tying 5X fluorocarbon to 4x leader
