There's a White Miller:
Tail: white fibres
Rib : silver wire or flat silver tinsel
Body: white floss (or wool)
hackle: white (collar or throat)
wing: white
I think there are a few variations on this, as indicated by the alternative dressings. What I call a black gnat is almost identical, just all black (tail of the black tying thread as a rib).

I have to agree with Jeff on this one. There are a lot of variations to the White Miller but that would be the white version of a Black Gnat to me.
