Does anybody know by looking at the flow data at... http://waterdata.usgs.gov/oh/nwis/uv?04201500 for the Rocky River what levels are probably to high to spend my time heading out to try and fish? I know 800cfps is too high and 200cfps is ok, but where in the middle is the line? It seems like every time I note it after fishing the 200's are ok but all the other times I seem to be available its 800 or higher and that is to high to wade and I could be wrong but 1000cfps is to fast to fish (anybody elses opinions are welcome as I could be wrong.)
Thanks ... Erich

P.S. right now it is at 407 cfps so if I can sneak out I may head down at least to look, but hopefully to wet a line.
