I've seen many examples of customer service on this board - some good and some not.
Here's a new one for me. I ordered a bottle of ZipCast from Brumfield Enterprises (FlyReelDots) - a FAOL sponsor - after reading some positive reviews here. Easy to order and it arrived a couple days later. Nice.
Last night I got a call from Jerry, wondering if I had received my bottle of ZipCast. Seems he sent it the same time as another order going to Iowa that hadn't yet arrived.
He was concerned that maybe I hadn't received mine either. So he called - for a $9.95 cent order that he had no complaints about.
I have never been disappointed with any of the FAOL sponsors I have purchased from. Sure is nice to do business with people like Jerry.
