Default Going on cruise to Tortola, St. Thomas, and Dom. Republic

I am going on a cruise with my wife and kids this March to Tortola, St. Thomas, and some port in the Dominican Republic (sp).
I am a novice fly fisherman, but I want to spend a half day at one of the ports to go go flats fishing for the big three. I don't have a ton of money to spend, or a lot of time. So far, the only info on guides that I can find are about Tortola BVI.
Can anyone enlighten me on their experience.
    Thanks,
    Alan

I know it's cold up there but, see if you can find a fly shop or someone to teach you the double-haul before you go,,, and then practice the heck out of it, in the yard or street or park. Just do it. YOu will need it down there. Long casts sometimes and WIND! The DH will let you cast in the wind, where without it,,, you won't.
