New Swap...Beginner Swap *** FULL***

flies went out this morning...

Thanks to everyone for being in the swap...


Now for a few tips for the next swaps any of you might be in... mostly this just helps overall both side swappers and the swapmister..

1. proper postage on your return packages..
NOTE: Do not use electronic stamps... reg postage works best!!
2. proper size crush-proof box for return flies.. dont send really big fly box or to small of a box.. big one just cost to much money to ship.. the smaller ones you have to pack full to fit the flies in and end up crush any dry flies (or others) that might be in there...(unless it a small swap.. like size 18's or small swap)..
3. a small altoid tin is just right for fly swaps.. or even a pill box.
4. try to put your name and addresses on your boxes you mail.. I just lost a set though the mail and it was a box without my name on it...
5. the best thing to ship and recieve your flies in are bubble wrap envolopes... reg. evolopes tends to tear apart in the mail.. the bigger ups shipping bag (large evolopes just cost to much to use and will sometime tear open)..


I hope you all understand this is to help you all out in future swap... Im not saying anybody did anything wrong in this swap other then me... I should have kept it more updated then what I did...

All in all a fantastic swap...

Night angler I apologize for not reconizing all the work you did on the swap. I do appreciate it a lot. It is not easy to be a swap master and thank you for all the work and for having this swap it was fun and got a lot of good ideas and flies out of it.
