    Default humpies

    **this swap is now full**

okay, the dreaded humpy will be the theme of my next swap. y'all know the drill. I'll take the first dozen tyers and flies will be due to me 31 january '06, a full two months to tie a baker's dozen flies since we all are pressed for time during the holiday season. just don't dawdle.

    this should be fun.

    thanks.

    two great tyers already onboard.

as far as instructions, you'll be hard pressed to beat these, courtesy of harry mason.

I prefer them w/ calf tail wings, but deer hair wings are slightly easier to tie. both work, calftails just easier to see, which is important to these old eyes.

you can use whateverthehell you want to as long as it looks and fishes like a humpy.

for what it's worth, I hate foam.

I'll get in this one if that's okay. Haven't done a swap in a while, this one sounds like fun.
