Mohawk Canoe is going out of business, their website is still up and as I understand it they are selling their remaining stock, no word yet on the paddling boards if a buy out has gone throught yet. You can still call the phone number on the website I think and check their current inventory. You might want to check out [url=http://www.paddling.net:ebf6a]www.paddling.net[/url:ebf6a]
they have a bulletin board and you can read more than you want about canoes and canoe fishing
We bought our last canoe from ozark river company out of alton, mo, great people and the shipping worked out great and cheap, they have a website too with some great priced on canoes and kayaks if anyone is interested
as an aside, I wonder why we don't see more purpose-built catamarans in fly fishing or fishing in general?
