Time for an attaboy.

Saw a PBS show on flytying and one of the tyers had a 90 degree handle extension on her Dyna-King Barracuda. I finally popped for the less expensive Trekker shortly after they became available. Great vise but it has only the vertical post to rotate the vise. I emailed Dyna-King to see if an accessory handle might be available for the Trekker. Karen Hall responded quickly that yes, there's one on the website. I searched - just about the whole site - on my slow 26K-30K dialup connection. Wrote back admitting I couldn't find it. Ms. Hall responded quickly again with a lovely photo of the accessory on the Trekker. Emailed again to ask if I could order direct since there are no flyshops close to me. She responded with ordering info, which I provided, and, again quickly, Ms. Hall replied with a "will do". Excellent service. Wonderful care of the customer. Thanks Karen Hall and Dyna-King.

I ordered the Dyna-King items on Tuesday. They're in California. The parts arrived today - Thursday - in Northern Michigan. I paid $1.85 postage. I continue to be impressed.
