Well, if he's 33 years of age, he retired damned early....must be either very smart or a computer GeeWhiz.

I'd bet that he was born in a very fine year. Nearly all the people I know who were born in that year are first class folks.

You're right tyflier, I've thought that didn't look quite right...forgot the [']...corrected...so much for smart...

Silver...I don't check all the time but so far I only know of one who is longer in the tooth than we are...you're right it was a vintage year...and keep those fires stoked..

Well Tyflier, "Worldly" ain't 'zackly something that comes with age either y'know.

The DMan and I are of a vintage that won't soon be duplicated I s'pect.

I have a couple of little boards on my office (here at home) door that sort of sum it all up.

Hey Pillpusher, "Sweeping" the Dbacks this year cannot be rated as much more of an accomplishment than shooting fish in a barrel. I guess we had our Moment in the Sun in 2001.

    As they say, "Next year".

BTW, it ain't cooled off yet, but the humidity is probably all the way up to 10% now. Gonna get worse my friends.

Ducksternman, were you a pillpusher in a past life? Would love to hear about any stories when pharmacists had to know how to compound things, I am very interested in that and am sad we don't get to compound very much, except coal tar items, only a pharmacist knows about coal tar.

I must tell you we have a real pharmacist our little community, he is the only compounder in several counties, he does a couple for me. But does compounding for a ton of folks, including some for local vets for animals. Name of business is Poulsbo Compounding Drug, Poulsbo WA. He is Craig Kvam, and has trained a couple of people that I know of as well.
