I should know this ...but ...what does LOL stand for...."Lots Of Laughs"....or "Lots Of Luck"...or something else?
Some times I see it when it would appear the person isn't really trying to be funny????

Are you sure IMHO doesn't mean "In My Humble Opinion"?....Why would you give a dishonest opinion? To me it indicates it's just my opinion and you're free to have yours....in some of these really confrontive posts we're seeing currently if used it would soften it some.
Hey I just made up one GYSAOOH....maybe I'll put it on the neonazi post.
Duck,
Doing a Google search, I found IMHO means "In My Humble Opinion" as you stated.

"My honest opinion" is a frequently used phrase around here. I know it sounds silly but so do lots of other "sayings" common throughout the english language. (And others for that matter) Either way Duckster you're right, it should be used more often.
IMHO = in my humble opinion.
IMNSHO: in my not so humble opinion.
at least it's meant that in the boards and emails i've been on since 1987.
"If I'm not going to catch anything, then I 'd rather not catch anything on flies" ... Bob Lawless
