Unexpected Surprise

As I was using the search function on this site last weekend in order to find some info on Nymphing tactics, I saw in a thread that someone suggested getting a copy of Joe Humphreys's book, Trout Tactics.

I ordered a copy from one of Amazon.com's associate sellers for about ten bucks. Well I just received it and the book is autographed by the author and it even has the original owner's name and address. The book is in such pristine condition that it even real flies still stuck in the pages. I kind of feel like I should maybe try to contact the original owner and send it to him, just in case it was a case of "My mom threw away all my comic books" sort of thing.

I have the same book as well. My father was upland hunting in PA near where Mr Humphries was giving a seminar. He bought a copy for me and had him personalize it for me.

Good book and alot of info.
