Synthetic Question

Would someone explain to me the difference(s) between 'Medallion Sheeting' and 'Z-Wing'? The latter is a material John Betts found in the dumpster at a Pier 1 store. He wrote several articles about it and sold it too. I think that was 15-20 years ago.

i can't explain the difference, but i googled z wings and it lead me to madison river fishing company.
