Under my observations, I find that Bronze peacock appears to be an orangey copper color when wet and green peacock has a copper color. A subtle difference, no doubt and totally unscientific.
Remember there is a world of difference between 32 degrees and 32.1 degrees.
    Your observations may differ.
    Take care,
    Jim

Years ago, my wife decided that she liked peacock feathers as a decoration placed in a flower vase. After reading these posts, I examined them and found they have all turned the ideal bronze color. The secret ingrediant may be time. They are not in direct sunlight but have been have been exposed for over 15 years. Maybe we should all be setting out feathers to use in our later years!

I mentioned to my wife that if she ever tired of her decoration not to throw them out!
