Long stiff hackles can be hard to find.
I have the pattern and a sample of his but im on Long Island and wont be back for a few days. I seem to remember the colors were always the hardest part to find but other then that is is a ez fly to tie. Remember that this is a Catskill fly, it should look neat with all the hackles stright. Feel free to trim off any that dont look right.
This is a great fly when I miss a fish and then put this sucker on and the way this fly moves on the water gets the fish going crazy.

A trick, courtesy of George Harvey, to keep the hackle looking neater on any Catskill-style fly is to dub the thorax with just a little bit of fur before wrapping the hackle(s).
To add:
The trick of dubbing the thorax works well as it provides a cushion to sink the stem into--better forcing the barbs perpendicular.
These days, with the super-long genetic hackle and saddles you can use your fingers instead of pliers to get a very strong tensioned wrap..and it does wonders to erect hackle barbs.
