Tinsel Tags and Floss Bodies

I am going to attempt my first Carrie Stevens streamers and I have some questions about the tinsel tag and rib:

Where does the tag start in relation to the hook point?
Do I use the same tinsel for the tag and the rib?
What is the best way to do it?

I figured I would start the tag slightly ahead of the rear ending point, wrap back and forward again, tie off, tie in my floss and use the same tinsel for the rib. If this makes sense and sounds right let me know. If someone with experience has a better way tell me or if you know of a link with instructions I would appreciate it.

While there are few hard and fast rules, this might offer a general guideline to get you started on the right path.

I think one of the keys with these flies is that the tinsel tag doesn't go deep into the bend as you might see on a salmon fly. The tag and body are almost always on the flat of the hook shank. Also, the variance in hook styles used for these flies makes it hard to use the point or barb as a reference.

How you tie it in, and whether you use the same piece of tinsel for the rib as the tag, is mostly personal preference.
