HELP!! again

Lets try this one more time.

I bought a rod on consignment from The Gilly fly shop in Reno, Nv. The clerk told me the rod was built by a guy named Walter Lopey. It is a 9 1/2 ft, 9 wt, with a fast action. I fish it at Pyramid lake, and love it. here is the problem. The Gily changed hands and the new owner does not do the consignement. When I researched the builder, I found nothing. has anybody heard of Walter Lopey, and if so, how can i contact him. The only problem I found with this rod is there wasn't two to buy when I got this one.

I did a little research and haven't found anything on the guy. Do you have any other info on the rod like what blank it was built on or anything that could give us a clue as to the blank manufacturer? Lacking that, I'd try to get the name of the previous owner and track him down. One step at a time, you know?
