Quite by coincidence, yesterday I watched a long ( 23 minute ) video on YouTube by Kelly Galloup tying this pattern, which he calls The North Branch Caddis.

If you use the search feature on YouTube, you might be able to locate the video. It's overly long, but worth at least scrolling through.
