God bless Warren and his family. He was a very kind man and a good example for all.

I'm deeply saddened by this. Warren & I had a local ohio connection & formed a solid friendship when he first came aboard FAOL. Jack Hise & I drove down to Tullahoma years ago to fish with Warren. That wonderful trip resulted in Jack's moving from Michigan to Tennessee.
Warren was one of those guys EVERYONE liked. He will be missed.
RIP old Friend.

Uncle Jesse, Thank you for sharing the link to the memorial video for Warren. He was a terrific guy, and although we never met in person, we communicated a number of times and he was a good friend I never met. I will keep his family in my prayers.
Thanks again and God Bless.
Very Sad, Rest in peace Warren.
The man who coined the phrase "Money can't buy happiness", never bought himself a good fly rod!
Very nice video keepsake. I never met him, but feel like I know him from this and his posts over the years. I did not know he was retired military. God be with his family and loved ones. Rest in peace.
God Bless America
Just in case you did not know previously, before Warren started fly fishing he was a local tournament bass fisherman. He told me he got tired of all the cheating in bass tournaments, which I know can be pretty common when there is a cash prize.

I just got back from Warren's funeral. It was a nice service, but it isn't how I shall remember him. I can still see him, waist-deep in the Duck River, with a smile on his face. A couple of us are planning on going down to fish the stretch of the Duck where we fished with him the most often. It seems to be the right way to remember him.
Ed, you nailed it! Throw a woolly worm or klinkhamer out there on the Duck for me, will you please?
