    Default Foam Hedgehog SBS

A little foam for some more positive buoyancy. This would make a passable Traveling Sedge; add legs and it'd work as a hopper.

    thread - UTC 140 tan
    tail/head - 2mm foam tan
    body - Zelon dubbing hydropsyche

    Part 2

clean, stack, measure (tips to tail) a clump of deer hair; trim to length/tie in

repeat for the next 2 sections; finish with dubbed head

fold foam over, tie down, add a little dubbing, finish with wraps in front of eye to set head angle; whip finish, SHHAN

I get it from Blue Ribbon, in W. Yellowstone; the hydropsyche blend I used here does have hare's ear. Nice stuff, comes in lots of colors; it's buggy with a bit of flash.

That's a great bream fly, but I would be compelled to add rubber hopper legs.
