    Thanks FishnDave!

Okflyfisher, I'm going to keep the worst two I tied for myself, and send the best two down to OK for one of my buddies to fish. He's more of a LMB person lately, but hopefully he'll see if the Sandies and Stripers want to play. I could also see Gar going after those flies (and with the dubbing head, maybe catch some as well). I would not be surprised if a big Flathead took a swipe at these as well.

Up here in MI, I'll try fishing them in the lakes. That size 1 Gama B10S is too big to legally fish in streams (except for 2 months of the year). I'm thinking set up a drift in my kayak over shallow weedy flats, fan-casting that fly around. Surely, the LMBs, Smallies, Pike, Bowfin (Dogfish), and other predators should take a shine to them. Heck, maybe even Walleyes at sundown/night

Basically, anything that eats minnows/shad should go after this one.

What a great pattern!!! I love fishing minnow flies for bass and tying simple patterns like this one is makes it even better. Thank you for sharing this excellent pattern. I will tie some up and go play with the bass later this afternoon.

    Allen,

Excellent ties; Clark Pierce (Cheech) has some very nice vids. Anyone use it for white bass in smaller sizes?

    Regards,
    Scott

Scott, once I get these to my buddy in OK, I'll let him know that if they get bit by White Bass, but no hookups (due to size), to let me know. I'll tie some smallers ones.
