Saw a cormorant on one of the local ponds, usually a good indicator the shad are on their way. I think he's got problems with his on-board navigation system. Happy 1st day of Spring anyway.
Regards,
Scott

We welcomed Spring here in West Kentucky with a damp 55 degrees, but tomorrow promises the high 70s.
Hang in there, Spring is really coming soon.

March is a heartless wench which delights in breaking hearts. I remember back in my college days were got snow for 3 weeks in a row just south of Memphis, after I and four more brainless teens had gone swimming the first week of the month.
Want to hear God laugh? Tell him Your plans!!!
I know we no where experienced the winter months like some places in the country have, HOWEVER, for this old man it was a long hard one. I must be getting wussy because by the first day of spring I would have long been out and at 'em, but not this year. So far I've not wet a line ... I want some warm sunshine on my back!
