What?s your definition of a small stream?

I look at stream "class" relative to its location.

For instance, I consider the upper Sacramento river a small stream; though there are sections I cannot wade across or cast across, it is a small stream relative to other waters in the region.

Put the upper Sac in a the mountains of the southwest, and I'd consider it a sizable river.
