    This is on a size 16. Would normally tie on a size 14, but think this will work anyway.

    Zerosleep, flav, short for flavilinea, is a Western hatch. This pattern might work for you on Eastern streams when any of a number of mayflies lumped together as blue winged olive are hatching.
    I can think of few acts more selfish than refusing a vaccination.

    Joe,
    Wood duck fibers for tail with a touch of Zelon on top.
    Olive goose quill for abdomen.
    Dark pardo CDC for wing.
    Dark partridge for throat.
    Golden olive dubbing for thorax/head.
    Tied on size 16 200R hook
