    Default Boa & Bass

The post about yellow boa yarn got me thinking of tying some Boa for this summer. There is a couple of pot holes close by (thats 50 miles out here) that are over run with bass. Catches of 60 plus a day are common. Most of the fish are small but there is enough "keepers" to make the trip worth while. The picture shows a boa fly that really works on these fish. The hook is an Eagle Claw size one. The feathers are purple and gold, the boa yarn is black & the bead is orange glass. Sorry for the poor picture.
