Kudos to Korkers
All too often people are quick to get on the Internet and slam some company that they perceive has done them wrong, yet I don't think we give enough credit for great customer service.
To correct that in my little corner of the world, I would like to publicly acclaim my satisfaction with the customer service at Korkers.
A new pair of Korker Metal Head arrived by courier yesterday to replace a pair that I had difficulty with, no hassle, just great service.
Kudos to KORKERS
Now to go get them wet.
I had the same experience with them just this past March. I had a pair of Metalheads that the boa lace knob messed up on after only 1 week of use. I sent them back and was not real happy that I had problems with them right off the bat....BUT within about 1 week I had a brand new pair sitting on my front porch with an apology from Korkers and absolutely zero charge. I would go as far as to say that that was the best customer service experience I have had with a company in a very VERY long time. They run a really good service based company.
