Thread: PMD Model

    Lightbulb PMD Model

    Had another visitor to the screen this morning. This time a PMD adult. The body length is just under 5/16".

    One view to show body and wing shape and tail length ...

    P.S. Raises the interesting question of what a fishy actually sees when looking up at a dun on the surface - the soft yellow or a harsh, dark silhouette. ( That harsh, dark silhouette could actually be a "purple haze." )

    I would guess it depends on the time of day. A dark silhouette is bound to get attention, but during brighter times of the day, a good color match could probably make more of a difference. Cool pics!
