Landing Nets

I want to build my own landing net. Does anyone have any plans or tips. I want it to be about 15" x 6" with a 5" handle. I want it to be able to attach to the back of my vest and not swing around to much. I'm going to attach velcro or something to my vest so it can hold the net down. If you have any tips on building a net please let me know. I'm sure I will get a lot of responses because you people are so knowledgeable and kind.
