Your local fly shop should have Aqua Seal or Loon's UV Repair. I personally use Loon's. Just put it on in shade, then let the sun shine on it and it dries in seconds. Also great to have in the field if you get a tear or hole while on the river.
Life is expensive... but it does include a free trip around the sun.

If you have an Eastern Mountain Sports or similar outdoor/camping store near you, they should carry a product called Seam Grip, which, IMO, is slightly superior to Aqua Seal.
just used the aqua seal to repair a 1 inch gash in my waders. put it to the test this weekend and had no issues, perfect seal, easily applied. i put it on indoors and took the waders outside to sure. it was a cloudy rainy day so i left them on the porch, when i came back home later that afternoon the aqua seal was cured. as a note; i placed the aqua seal on the inside, overlapping the tear about 3/8 to 1/2 inch. put blue masking tape, like painters use, to hold the tear closed and flat on the outside.
