I can't take this warm weather, I am taking a truck load of gear and heading out. Might fish for crappie, gills or even try for carp.

Steve,
I know what you mean. Down here in Georgia, it not only skipped spring, I think it missed winter too. The good side of this weather is that the fish fed well all winter and they are HUNGRY. I've enjoyed the best bass and bream fishing ever this spring with not only more fish, but quite a bit larger than usual for this time of year as well.
Good luck and let us know how you do.
Jim
Hit almost 90 here. A cool-down is on the way...
Good fishing technique trumps all.....wish I had it.
we started out good here in MI near 80 for about 5 days but as of the last week and a half its been kinda cool. Warming up today nearly 55 degrees with some high warm weather clouds rolling in this evening. Hope to be out again in the next couple days to at least try out my new Rio smallmouth taper line.
I went out last Friday, and caught crappie, white bass, bluegill, catfish, and a bunch of white perch. Yep, winter is definitely over.
