2012 Midwest Fly Fishing Expo - This Weekend!
Just curious who's attending? The annual Midwest Fly Fishing Expo will be held this weekend, March 10th and 11th at the Macomb Community College Sports and Expo Center in Warren, Michigan. Show hours are Saturday 9am - 6pm and Sunday 10am - 4pm. Admission is $10/day, $15 for a two-day pass. Kids 16 and under are FREE! Headliner speakers and presenters this year include: George Daniel, Bob Jacklin, Skip Morris, Eric Stroup, and April Vokey.

Unforunatley had bunches of medical tests yesterday and today family stuff so we wont make it this year.
Im beginning to think theres a conspirisy against me to hit anything flyfishing related in the past year.
Not that Im paranoid mind You.

I was able to make it on Saturday. Great show as usual.
drove down from Toronto with 5 others to stay for both days. 4th visit - always much to learn, see, and possibly purchase. Items, lessons you don't find so well collected together in most places.
First time there for me, as well as the first weekend my sister and I have spent together indoors since high school. Wonderful show. Nice to re-connect with some FAOL friends, even though there's never really enough time to talk. Fun seeing the furling as a fixture of the show... how far we've come!

Nice to finally meet you! The furling board was busy! Ole Jack Hise told me he had friends...nice to see he was telling the truth and not a fish story!!I really enjoyed your presentation...next trip, bring a couple of rods for us to wiggle.
