Love his stuff. I have a business card but have to hunt for it. I also found a way to make your own but I prefer saving my time and support the small shops.
I bought some stuff from him last year and it took a long time. You have to keep after him to get your order. I guess he runs his business as side job and his attention time varies.

You might try looking for "loco foam" - sounds like what you're looking for.
He also sells on Ebay. Bought some foam from him there.
