Larry, I have no idea how long broom flight times are. Y'all have to ask the FAOL resource on broom flights.

I'll look for a picture of a parachute patriot. Betty should have seen them in Grayling. One of the guides told me that they had basically replaced the royal coachman as the bright day attractor pattern of choice by the guides up there.

    Ed--
Take a couple weeks off, fish your way through the ozarks on the way here, hang out a day or two with us, then turn around and fish your way back.
If it swims and eats, it'll eat a fly.

Would everyone be up for a table fly swap for the folks who show up? I am going to make one of the "Jax Smelt" streamers with a slight twist in size 6, 4x long.

It's definitely an idea, Jeff, I often don't know what I'm going to tie til I get there. Some of us have been swapping patterns for a long time so our fly boxes are already a tad bit inbred, but it could still be fun to have a more organized version. How 'bout the Thursday after Thanksgiving that way everyone can plan to get there and figure out what they want to tie.

I should be able to make that happen. Last week it did seem like an impromto material swap I guess there is little need to get too organized about it.

You guys want me to bring the fly rod wrapping set up this week?
Trouts don't live in ugly places.

A friend is not who knows you the longest, but the one who came and never left your side.

Don't look back, we ain't goin' that way.

That is cool with me I need to make sure I have the guides I need and I will bring a blank too. On the fly swap I was thinking whatever you are wrapping if you want to trade but that happens anyway.
