Was fishing the Lower Henry's Fork last summer. There was a Drake hatch. I thought they were Brown Drakes. Another guy claimed they are actually Gray Drakes.

Brown Drake spinners on Silver Creek are gray....which is interesting, although not an answer to your question.
As your picture distinctly shows a Drake with two tails, I would say it's a Gray.

I believe brown drakes have pretty heavily mottled wings; I'd go with the grey drake, too.
