Good call. That is one of those bugs that if it landed on me when I was fishing I have no idea what my fly line would look like after I was finished trying to get that bug off of me.

Its a Katydid... We have them over here but the wings aint as slim as the one in your picture... Ours look just like a leaf and really hard to see unless ya happen to see it flying or see it move... Those things hurt when they bite...
