As a former SF communications SGT, many of my good friends are licensed HAM operators. But I've since been trying to get that danged morse out of my head.....13yrs now and it's still bouncing around in there. While still active with access to gear I would often talk (unlicensed) via morse...which was a good time. But never pursued a civilian license.

thanks for the congrats,Now I just have to blow the dust off my radio, get an antena up and start looking for someone to talk to.
NJ geting your licence isnt hard and some of the Morse only radios are fantastic for very little money (google qrp radios for more info)

Joe, how goes the quest for HF?

Anyone want to try to set up a sked, I have 15 and 40 meter, something in this area is putting major qrm on 20.
