Boy Ed, you are really trying to have your legs sauteed in a white wine sauce with a touch of garlic. That sweet young thing probably doesn't even remember Maime, who was a class lady but not a looker. I think she had the same hairdo as Princess Leica. Think more Jackie Kennedy or Annette Funicello.

    Uncle Jesse,
Betty once commented on getting a Maime Eisenhower haircut from a hair dresser who didn't understand what was, and what was NOT, wanted.

    Betty,
Are you gonna get your driver's license? Woo-hoo! Betty on wheels, look out insurance rates!!!

Uncle Jesse, actually, I remember Mamie Eisenhower quite well. My Mother used her hairstyle as an example for when she cut our hair (now you know why I would never show any kid pictures of me!). And ... there aren't enough Cheez-Its to hold all the candles.

EdD, yes, I had to get a new license this year, too. It turned out really good, IF you're supposed to look as PO'd on the card as you would in real life when stopped by the Po-pos. I think they give the picture taker special training in "horrid"!!!

Don't look back, we ain't goin' that way.

Lord forgive me for missing this post. Betty, I hope you had an extra special one on your blessed day.

Ty, relax Saturday the 18th is the anniversary of the blessed day. I conspired with another Southern Gentleman to start this early so all could have a good time with Miss Betty upon the ocassion.

BZ, I suspect the photographer (to abuse the term) has now had his legs lightly sauteed and served with a light cream sauce with a glass of white wine. I think that was what LF recommended.

To her credit, Miss Betty is kind enough to make toads, not edible frogs, out of her irritants.

So Betty, are you gonna be tooling around in a powder blue, '57 Chevy Bel Air with the top down?
If I don't get to log on tomorrow, have a HAPPY BIRTHDAY !!!
Feel free to include a picture of your birthday cake. I've never seen a Cheez-Its cake before.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY my friend. I guess I'll have to invent a "Cheeto's" fly. Just have to decide if it's going to be crunchy or air puffed. Hope you have a wonderful day. I hear if you lick your fingers and soak the fly in your mouth it's called bait.
